BIOTAN by Gastrolux is the forerunner of all the non-stick cookware brands presently on the market.

In 2009 Gastrolux launched the full range of 32 items with a new Induction Compatible base that is second to none in the world. Speaking with the designer in Denmark in September 2008 he stated simply, "If we are to maintain the 25 year flatness guarantee then it has to stay flat for 25 years."

Many other brands of Induction cookware warp or buckle in a short time as the steel insert and the aluminium base work against each other. Some of the cheaper pans heat far too quickly or continue to heat even after the temperature is turned down.

The world-first combination of metals in the BIOTAN base has been refined and tested for three years so once again we lead the world market in non-stick cookware with 64 pans to choose from.
